Membaca Kode Kerusakan (DTC) Sistem EFI Nissan Secara Manual

Jika Lampu Check Engine menyala ketika  mobil sedang hidup itu menandakan telah terjadi kerusakan yang terekam oleh sistem kontrol mesin.

ECU akan menyalakan lampu indikator check engine di dashboard dan menyimpan kode kerusakan atau DTC didalam memori ECU.

Kode DTC tersebut dapat dibaca  secara manual

PERHATIAN :
Agar dapat mengeluarkan kode DTC, Acceleration Pedal Position (APP) sensor harus berfungsi dengan benar.

Cara Membaca Kode Kerusakan ECU (DTC) Nissan Secara Manual


  • Pastikan pedal gas tidak dalam kondisi diinjak
  • Putar Kunci kontak ke posisi ON. JANGAN start mesin
  • Tunggu selama 3 detik
  • Ulangi prosedur dibawah ini sebanyak 5 kali dalam waktu 5 detik
        Injak penuh pedal gas
        Lepaskan Pedal gas
  • Tunggu selama 7 detik
  • Tekan pedal gas secara penuh
  • Tahan selama sekitar 10 detik sampai lampu MIL mulai berkedip
  • Segera lepaskan pedal gas
  • Lampu MIL mulai berkedip menampilkan DTC
  • Hitung kedipan Lampu MIL dan  Lihat tabel Kode DTC Nissan untuk mengetahui artinya.




Setiap DTC terdiri dari 4 bagian yang terdiri dari satu atau lebih kedipan MIL

Bagian pertama kedipan lampu MIL menunjukkan “angka ribuan dari DTC
Bagian kedua kedipan lampu MILmenunjukkan “angka ratusan” dari DTc
Bagian ketiga kedipan lampu MIL menunjukkan “angka puluhan” dari DTC
Bagian keempat kedipan lampu MIL menunjukkan “angka satuan “ dari DTC

  • Kedipan sebanyak 10 dalam satu bagian dibaca sebagai “ 0 “.
  • Setiap bagian DTC dipisahkan oleh jeda yang panjang
  • Pada Contoh Kedipan lampu MIL menunjukkan DTC P1130
  • Putar kunci kontak OFF


Cara menghapus DTC


  • Pastikan pedal gas tidak dalam kondisi di injak
  • Pastikan kunci kontak dalam posisi OFF setidaknya selama 10 detik
  • Putar Kunci kontak ke posisi ON. JANGAN start mesin
  • Tunggu selama 3 detik
  • Ulangi prosedur dibawah ini sebanyak 5 kali dalam waktu 5 detik


Injak penuh pedal gas
Lepaskan Pedal gas
 

  • Tunggu selama 7 detik
  • Tekan pedal gas secara penuh
  • Tahan selama sekitar 10 detik sampai lampu MIL mulai berkedip
  • Segera lepaskan pedal gas
  • Lampu MIL mulai berkedip menampilkan DTC
  • Tekan pedal gas secara penuh selama lebih 10 detik
  • Lepaskan pedal gas
  • Lampu MIL akan berkedip menampilkan kode 0000 jika sudah tidak ada kerusakan.
